Artemis is seeking to recruit a professional, flexible and hardworking Office Manager. This is a varied role which entails the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with customers, order processing and administration. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join a young and ambitious London based telecoms provider. We offer flexible working, a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. We are looking for professional, hardworking individuals with a proven track record in a similar role.

  • A proven track record in similar role (minimum 3-years) 
  • Supporting and organising employees in their daily role 
  • Order processing, administration and customer service duties 
  •  Dealing with suppliers and customers • Tracking holiday and sick leave
  • PA duties to the Managing Director

Employment: Permanent 

Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 17:30pm 

Holiday: 20 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays

Benefits: Healthcare & Pension 

Salary Range: £24k to £26k
