Artemis is seeking to recruit a professional UC Technical Support Engineer to provide 1st & 2nd line support to our business customers
This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and ambitious London based telecoms provider. We offer flexible working, competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. We are looking for professional, hardworking individuals with a proven track record in a similar role supporting business customers for IP Telephony, direct internet access, BT WLR3, routers and switches.
- Track record in similar role (minimum 3-years)
- Add, moves changes in IP Telephony platform
- Provisioning new customer orders
- Experience using BT WLR3 and DSL connectivity
- Update company CRM Salesforce.com and log activity
- Well-spoken and articulate with excellent communications skills
Employment: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 18:00pm
Holiday: 20 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays
Benefits: Healthcare & Pension
Salary Range: £23k to £25k
